Floor Supervisor Team Manager

Role Description:We are seeking a dedicated Team Manager for the Floor Supervisors team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the Floor Supervisors, working closely with the Shift Managers to optimize work processes. You will assist with training and develop programs to enhance performance and quality. This role is crucial for ensuring that Floor Supervisors perform their daily tasks confidently and professionally, while fostering an environment that promotes growth and excellence.ResponsibilitiesProvide coaching and mentoring to staff.Manage and support staff in line with Company’s Policies and Procedures, including supervision, absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues.Promote and support effective team working through good communication and regular team meetings.Identify individual and team learning and development needs and plan to meet these in conjunction with learning and development staff.Effectively identify and contribute to learning and development activities including meeting organizational targets.Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with the established Policies and Procedures and KPI’s.Supervise, organize, and check Floor Supervisor activities.Work closely with the Shift Manager/OCR department.Candidate RequirementsAcademic qualification in Management is a plus.Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.Education: Minimum High School DiplomaPC skills (Office 365).Advanced level of English (written and spoken).Communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Time management.Conflict Management abilities.Leadership/mentoring skills.Availability to work in shifts.What we offer in exchangeGrow with ARRISE | Learning Hub—personalized learning, gamified growth, and endless career development at your fingertips.Competitive salary.International work environment.Opportunities for advancement to higher positions in online casino.Ready to Elevate Your Career?
