Together, we form a cross-functional powerhouse that is driven to deliver.This role is with the ARRISE group.ResponsibilitiesSupervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff such as croupiers and shufflers;Offering support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.RequirementsWork experience: at least 1-year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino Industry;Multiple game knowledge is a plus;Seniority within the company: at least 12 months;Excellent knowledge of internal procedures, and regulations;Over 95% evaluations in the last 6 months without disciplinary measures;Great attendance score;Written and verbal communications skills Romanian/English (any other foreign language is a plus);Communication and presentation skills;Patience and understanding when working with people;PC skills (Operating PC, Microsoft Office).What we offerAccommodation will be provided by the companyMeal program (One Meal per shift)Transportation allowanceJoin us in Ras Al Khaimah, a great place to grow your career while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming lifestyle!#J-18808-Ljbffr
