Key ResponsibilitiesPlan coordinate and supervise all interior finishing and fit-out activities on siteEnsure execution aligns with approved IFC drawings material submittals mock-ups and specificationsMonitor daily progress and ensure milestones are achieved as per the project scheduleCoordinate with Project Managers Consultants QA/QC and HSE teamsQuality Control & ComplianceEnsure all works meet project quality standards design intent and authority regulationsConduct inspections snagging and quality audits for finishing worksCoordinate rectification of defects and ensure timely closure of snag listsEnsure compliance with local building codes authority approvals and safety regulationsContractor & Supplier CoordinationManage and coordinate fit-out subcontractors suppliers and specialist vendorsReview and monitor subcontractor performance productivity and workmanship qualityCoordinate material deliveries to align with construction sequencingResolve site issues clashes and technical queries in coordination with consultantsPlanning & Cost ControlAssist in preparing and monitoring look-ahead schedules and work programsIdentify potential delays and implement corrective actionsSupport cost control by minimizing rework material wastage and variation risksReview variation orders related to interior finishes and fit-out scopeDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accurate site records inspection reports material approvals and as-built documentationPrepare daily weekly and monthly progress reportsCoordinate handover documentation warranties and O&M manuals for fit-out worksTeam Leadership & CommunicationSupervise and guide site engineers foremen and supervisorsEnsure effective communication across site teams consultants and stakeholdersPromote best practices productivity and quality culture on siteRequirements ExperienceMinimum 712 years of experience in finishing and interior fit-out worksProven experience handling residential commercial and mixed-use projectsStrong exposure to high-end finishes (marble tiles joinery gypsum MEP coordination FF&E)GCC experience (UAE / KSA preferred)Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of interior finishes materials methods and sequencingAbility to read and construction drawings specifications and BOQsFamiliar with local authority requirements and approval processesProficient in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera / MS Project is an advantageSoft SkillsExcellent coordination and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and quality focus#J-18808-Ljbffr
