Financial Analyst

AHS, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting growth initiatives, asset acquisitions, financial modeling, M&A transactions and credit rating management. The ideal candidate will provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, ensure effective capital management, and contribute to the financial performance and growth of the company’s real estate portfolio.M&A, Investments & Due DiligenceProvide analytical support for asset acquisitions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new investment opportunities.Conduct financial statement analysis due diligence, valuation analysis, and transaction modeling.Support transaction execution, coordination with parties involved, and post-deal analysis.Credit RatingDevelop and manage CRA relationships.Take ownership of the credit rating cycle and respond to the requirements of rating agencies, bankers and related parties.Prepare financial models, projections, and presentations required for rating agencies.Maintain a comprehensive dashboard to monitor macroeconomic indicators, interest rates, and regulatory developments.Financial Analysis & ModelingDevelop and maintain financial models for project feasibility, investment evaluation, and scenario analysis.Analyze financial performance including ad-hoc financial analyses as required.Support senior management with clear, concise, and data-driven financial insights.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Master’s degree (MBA finance) or professional qualification (CFA, CA, CPA) is an advantage.2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance, preferably within real estate development.Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, transaction execution and credit rating analysis.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
