Job Description

Maintenance/Updating of all Groups and Overseas Locations Authority Delegation Manual (ADM) and its related System configurationResponsibilitiesSupport all Business groups in establishing, maintaining, updating ADMConfiguring the IProc system relating to ADM changesExplore new and innovative ideas for automation, modernizing and simplifying the process, cost effective and value addedBasic knowledge & understanding of the business requirement on ADMKnowledge on bank level authority manualsSystem level knowledge on the functioning of Oracle i-procurementKnowledge of SOP for effective functioningMandatory awareness of ADM Repository for timely updationSafeguarding of all Original sign off documents and related papersKnowledge of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)Preparation of various MIS reportsIdentify areas to automate the process and in line with the bank policyRecommend suitable ADM alignment across business groups to ensure for consistency.QualificationsGraduate within minimum 3 years of related system experienceStrong Analytical Skill with Excel, Word, MIS reporting, and Power Point with good presentation & communication skillsBasic knowledge of Banks operating system specifically Oracle, Procurement related applicationsTeamwork, punctuality, Innovation, Willingness to take more responsibilityProfessional, with a proven track record of integrity and ethical values#J-18808-Ljbffr
