Financial Accountant

Our client, a property holding company based in Ajman, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proven ability to analyze financial data. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP or IFRSReconcile bank accounts and general ledger entriesAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecastsManage accounts payable and receivable processesAnalyze financial data to identify trends and potential issuesPrepare tax returns and filingsProvide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-makingCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial informationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 2 plus years of experience in the region preferably within real estate industryStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCA qualification preferred but not mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
