Finance Manager

Location: Dubai (Hybrid/Remote Possible) | Full-Time or FreelanceWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations at NÓRA. This is a hands-on role that supports every part of the business — from daily bookkeeping to strategic planning — and ensures we’re financially sound, compliant, and ready to scale.What you’ll be responsible for:Day-to-Day Finance OperationsMaintain accurate bookkeeping and oversee daily profit & loss reportingReconcile sales and receipts from all channelsMonitor cost of goods sold and manage accrualsHandle invoice payments, bank transfers, and monthly reconciliationsPlanning & AnalysisOwn budgeting and forecasting cycles to support strategic decisionsAnalyze performance, costs, and margins to identify efficiency opportunitiesPrepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statementsInventory & OrdersReview inventory levels and align with sales trends and demandConduct regular warehouse stock checks to ensure financial accuracyTrack cash-on-delivery and unfulfilled orders for resolutionTax & ComplianceManage VAT filings and ensure full compliance with tax regulationsMaintain clear, well-documented processes and SOPs for finance workflowsVerify supplier invoices and oversee paymentsManage purchase orders and track influencer/affiliate fee payoutsReportingProvide consistent, clear financial updates to the leadership teamEnsure timely delivery of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reportsSupport pricing, margin, and ad hoc financial analysis as neededWhat we’re looking for:3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in e-commerce or retailProficient in Excel/Sheets, and comfortable working with tools like Shopify, Xero, or QuickBooksSolid grasp of tax, VAT, and local financial regulationsHighly organized, reliable, and responsive — able to manage both day-to-day and longer-term tasksBased in or available to work on Dubai time, with flexibility for urgent business needsIf this sounds like the role for you then please send through your CV with the subject line: FINANCE MANAGER.info@noralabel.comWe're always on the lookout for passionate, fashion forward women.So, if you love the brand, then please send through your CV with the subject line: CAREERS.
