This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international organization undergoing transformation and play a key role in building and leading a Group-wide cost reporting and control framework.PositionFinance Manager – Cost Reporting, Analysis, Planning & ControlLocationAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (On-site)Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead a Group-wide cost reporting and control framework across multiple international business units.Define and standardize cost structures, classifications (fixed/variable, direct/indirect), and reporting methodologies.Develop and maintain cost reporting templates (Actual vs Budget vs Last Year) and ensure timely monthly reporting.Design and implement cost driver models and allocation methodologies across business units.Lead monthly variance analysis, providing clear insights on volume, price, efficiency, and structural changes.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning processes, ensuring consistency of assumptions and drivers.Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.Establish and maintain cost governance, policies, and internal controls in collaboration with accounting teams.Improve data quality, reporting automation, and dashboarding using ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Excel).Track and report on cost-saving initiatives and performance improvements.Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams across multiple geographies.Build and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations to Group leadership (CFO, FP&A Head).Train and support business units on cost reporting standards, planning discipline, and performance tracking.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with strong exposure to cost accounting, FP&A, or controlling.Proven experience in building cost reporting frameworks, cost allocation models, and KPI structures.Strong understanding of variance analysis (volume/mix, price, efficiency, structural impacts).Experience working in multi-country or multi-site organizations.Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query / Power Pivot) and experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI preferred).Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CMA is preferred.Experience partnering with operations (production, supply chain, agriculture, or industrial environments) is an advantage.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.Strong personality, autonomous, and passionate about financial performance, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.Personality & SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across international teams.Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.Hands‑on, proactive, and capable of building structures in evolving environments.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and governance mindset.Interested?If you are ready to take the next step in your career, please reach out to us at:application@faithful-executive.comJoin us in shaping the future of talent in the MENA region.#FinanceJobs #FPandA #CostAccounting #FinanceManager #AbuDhabiJobs #MENA #Recruitment#J-18808-Ljbffr
