Finance Director

A leading global FMCG organisation is seeking a commercially driven Finance Director – Middle East to lead financial strategy and performance across the region.This senior leadership role will oversee the financial operations of a growing Middle East business, partnering closely with regional and global leadership to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy while ensuring strong governance and financial control across multiple markets.The RoleReporting to the Regional CFO / Global Finance leadership, the Finance Director – Middle East will be responsible for all financial activities across the region, including strategic planning, financial reporting, commercial finance, and team leadership.The role will work closely with regional business leaders to support expansion, strengthen financial performance, and ensure robust financial governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the finance function across the Middle East regionDrive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple marketsProvide commercial financial leadership to support regional growth and profitabilityDeliver high-quality management reporting and performance analysisPartner with regional leadership to improve margin, cost control, and working capitalEnsure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk managementLead and develop a regional finance teamSupport strategic initiatives including market expansion, investment decisions, and business transformationManage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and advisorsCandidate ProfileQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Significant experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing environmentsProven leadership experience within a regional or multi-country finance roleStrong commercial finance and business partnering capabilityExperience operating within the Middle East marketStrong understanding of regional regulatory and financial environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
