Field Services ManagerKhobar, Saudi ArabiaSAR 23,000 – 30,000We are supporting a well-established industrial services business in Saudi Arabia for a Field Services Manager.Role OverviewThe Field Services Manager will manage the full lifecycle of field service projects, leading site teams and ensuring delivery is safe, on schedule, and within budget.Projects primarily support clients across the oil & gas, petrochemical, and water sectors, working closely with operators, contractors, and EPC companies.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, mobilization, execution, and close‑outLead and manage 20–25 field personnel, ensuring disciplined, efficient operationsEnforce strict HSE compliance in line with client and regulatory standardsAct as the main operational interface with clients throughout project deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and asset ownersSupport business growth by working with commercial teams on new opportunitiesPrepare/review technical proposals, method statements, and commercial submissionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)10+ years’ experience in oil & gas field services / project executionStrong background in pipelines, storage tanks, or industrial maintenanceExperience working with major operators, contractors, or EPC environmentsProven ability to lead teams on the ground and manage demanding clientsStrong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsFluent in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
