OverviewMaintenance Manager - FMCGResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement maintenance policies and treatments and upgrade them as necessary.Strategy, coordinate, and oversee upkeep activities for devices repair work and installation.Display tools as well as spare component stock and locate orders as essential.Implement normal preventative upkeep that aims to forecast and avoid tool/equipment failures prior to they happen.Implement and control maintenance budget while ensuring best practices in the market.Establish and apply health and wellness policies and procedures in dealing with devices and tools.Maintain good relations with suppliers, contracts, and manage the execution of maintenance work.Prepare and follow up daily and monthly reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.Minimum 8 years of working experience in food production sectors, preferably in flour mills.Ability to analyze, process, and identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and methods.Solid understanding of computer applications.Effective verbal and written communication skills.About the firmExcelsior is a custom HR and employment consultancy, specializing in Safety and Security, Facilities Management, Education, and Automotive markets.
