Facilities Coordinator, Reliability Maintenance Engineering

DescriptionThe Facilities Coordinator will have a significant impact on customer experience. They will lead and manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines. The Coordinator will develop plans to accomplish engineering departmental goals and provide leadership, development, and coaching for the maintenance team.Key Job ResponsibilitiesProvide supervision and leadership to Facility SupervisorsDevelop preventive and predictive maintenance of DS assets including material handling and automation systemsInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot all site assetsAct as an ambassador for safety and promote safe working across the siteManage day-to-day engineering and soft services including housekeeping and upkeep of premisesManage EHS and statutory compliances of DSs including waste management and hazardous waste management, timely renewal of licensesDevelop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organizationProvide enhanced feedback to improve individual performancePrioritize and manage resources under high pressureBasic Qualifications1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experienceHigh school or equivalent diplomaWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysTravel up to 15% of the timePreferred Qualifications6+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience within an industrial maintenance complex, manufacturing/distribution industries, or equivalent experienceExperience in material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenanceOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
