EXTERNAL PACKAGE MANAGER

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning coordination and of landscape softscape and artscape packages across high profile developments.Oversee implementation of hardscape planting irrigation water features decorative elements and artistic installations as per design and specification.Collaborate with landscape architects artists designers consultants and subcontractors to ensure quality design intent and project timelines are achieved.Monitor site activities ensuring compliance with drawings specifications authority regulations and safety standards.Manage the procurement process for landscape and artscape materials including plant species selection and vendor coordination.Review and approve technical submittals shop drawings method statements and mockups related to the external works.Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g. Dubai Municipality DDA RTA etc.) to ensure necessary permits and approvals are in place.Track progress costs and quality benchmarks and report to senior management on key milestones and risks. EnsureEnsure sustainability requirements local environmental guidelines and project-specific green standards are met.Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements with the overall site works.Key QualificationsBachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Civil Engineering Horticulture or a related discipline.10 years of experience managing external packages with a strong focus on landscape softscape and artscape works.Proven experience working on prestigious projects in the Middle East preferably within the UAE.Solid understanding of landscape construction planting schedules irrigation systems and bespoke artistic installations.Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes in the UAE.Strong project management communication and leadership skills.Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and project management software (e.g. Primavera MS Project).Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.Vertical: Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
