This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue targets. The Sales Professional will play a key role in expanding market presence and contributing to the company’s overall growth agenda.What You Will Be DoingDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targetsIdentify new market opportunities and customer segmentsMonitor sales performance by analyzing data, forecasting trends, and preparing reports for senior managementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partnersResolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionRepresent the company at industry events and client meetingsCollaborate across departments, working with marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns, meet customer needs, and improve products, pricing, and sales processesManage budgets and targets, monitor expenses, and adjust strategies to ensure profitabilityConduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends and customer preferencesWhat We Are Looking ForSome of the key competencies required for the role include:FunctionalProven experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years, including at least 1 year in sanitary ware/building materials productsStrong track record of achieving sales targets and business growthAbility to develop and execute effective sales plansExperience in analyzing sales data and preparing performance reportsBehaviouralExcellent communicator with strong influencing skillsCollaborative and able to work across teamsStructured thinker with a solution-oriented and analytical mindsetProactive, curious, and insightfulOur Ideal MatchBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in English and RussianDemonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive sales performanceExperience in retail, B2B, or export sales environments is a plusRAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or marital status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
