Job Description
Role & responsibilitiesDevises the strategic plan for the marketing and sales operation based on potential markets in line with the business strategyTravels to identified markets, collects information about market / projects / customers and plan the sales accordingly in consultation with MDFinalizes product lines, quality standards and pricing for the market based on the initial study in consultation with MDIdentifies and Appoints distributors in the marketBuilds relationship and credibility with distributors in the markets identifiedEnsures all procedures related to sales, logistics and distribution is finalized and approvedEvaluates and performs background checks of all new customers through KYC and see that all relevant documents are availableEnsures availability of all relevant KYC documents in the system for all existing customersPromotes the brand through service and thereby improving repeat sales with the customersEnsures all queries are attended and responded within stipulated lead-timeEnsures all quotes are accurate and right in all aspects and also follow ups of LPOAchieves targets as per the business plan in terms of sales, Conversion and GPFollows up internally for Product quality and delivery as per the customer requirementsVisits markets for feedback on product and delivery and incorporates changes as per the feedback and as appropriateEnsures all relevant records on sales are in the system and retrieves records whenever requiredInspires coworkers to attain goals and pursues excellence.Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team members contributions.Identify opportunities for improvement with team members and makes constructive suggestions for changes.Coordinates with other functions for smoothing functioning of export salesIdentifies the loop holes in the system and suggests improvements to protect the companys capital and goodsEnsures all relevant reports are made with accuracy and as per the timelines and submits to the managementSales target in terms of valueNumber of new markets and distributorsNo. of new customers and repeat customersImproved customer satisfactionSales operational efficiencyBuilding of effect sales team based on business volumePreferred candidate profileGraduate / Post-graduate with 10-12 years of experience in construction industry preferably in selling of Pipes and FittingsShould have managed a team of sales staff at least for 5 yearsHas knowledge about GCC market and industryHas ability to build relationship with clients / consultantsMaintains confidentiality about company’s information like customer data, sales data, etcInquisitiveness to market changes and keeping abreast with the market condition#J-18808-Ljbffr
