You will partner closely with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, conducting structured interviews, and guiding the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. The position requires a strategic mindset to map markets, engage passive candidates, and drive diversity‑aware sourcing practices. You will leverage analytics and KPIs to continuously improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will contribute to shaping the organization’s leadership teams while maintaining employer branding and compliance across regions.
