The candidate should have a passion for culinary excellence and strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen team effectively.Responsibilities:Develop innovative menus appealing to customersSupervise kitchen staff in daily activitiesEnsure dishes are prepared according to recipesMonitor food quality and ingredient freshnessMaintain proper stock levels and inventoryUphold cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchenTrain staff on cooking techniques and safety protocolsSkills & Qualifications:At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar roleProven culinary expertise, particularly in Middle Eastern cuisineStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressureExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailSalary: 1700 AED/monthly.
