We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement menus that adhere to the restaurant’s standards, as well as the local tastes and preferencesDevelop recipes for new dishes as neededEnsure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and are cooked correctly and presented attractivelyEnsure that all food items are fresh, of the highest quality, and meet health codesInspect food deliveries to ensure quality standards are metSupervise kitchen staff in their daily tasks, including recipe preparation, cleaning, proper storage of foods, and other related dutiesTrain staff in preparation techniques, safety protocols, kitchen sanitation practices, menu items etc.Maintain budgeted costs through efficient use of supplies and materialsMonitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and order items when necessaryQualificationsProven experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environment preferred but not essentialKnowledge of food safety regulationsExcellent communication skills with an ability to manage a team effectivelyStrong organizational skills with attention to detailIf you have the skills required for this position please submit your application today!#J-18808-Ljbffr
