The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage all culinary operations in the kitchen while creating and maintaining a high standard of cuisine and service.Requirements:• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role• Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene principles and ability to ensure standards are maintained• Excellent culinary skills with creative flair• Proven experience managing budgets• Highly organised with effective time management skillsDuties:• Leading the kitchen team by setting goals, providing guidance, motivation, training and monitoring performance• Developing new menus with creative ideas while keeping up with current trends• Ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards using fresh ingredients• Implementing health & safety regulations in food preparation processes• Maintaining an accurate inventory of food supplies, equipment and other kitchen itemsSalary: 1600 AED per month.
