We are a fast-growing e-commerce and trading company based in Dubai, operating across Amazon, Noon, and GCC marketplaces with 1000+ SKUs and strong year-on-year growth with significant growth plans, including the launch of new brands and businesses.We are now building a high-performance team and looking for a bright, energetic, and highly capable individual to work directly with the Founder.About the RoleThis is not a routine assistant role.You will work directly with the Founder to bring structure, speed, and execution into the business. Your role is to ensure that priorities are clear, tasks are followed up, and things move fast.This position is designed to grow into a Chief of Staff / leadership role for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support (Primary Focus)Manage Founder’s schedule, priorities, and daily planningPrepare a daily “Founder Brief” (priorities, decisions, schedule)Track pending tasks and ensure follow-ups are doneEnsure nothing is missed or delayed2. Execution & Task ManagementMaintain a central task tracker for the businessAssign, track, and follow up on tasks across team membersPush for completion and escalated delaysEnsure accountability across departments3. Business CoordinationCoordinate between warehouse, admin, and e-commerce teamsCollect updates and provide simple daily/weekly summariesEnsure communication flows smoothly across the company4. Communication & Follow-upsHandle internal communication and coordinationDraft clear messages, emails, and updatesFollow up with team members, candidates, and external parties5. Decision Support (Learning Role)Prepare summaries, options, and information for decisionsHighlight key issues and recommendationsGradually take on more responsibility over time6.
