Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic EVP Head of Talent Learning & Organisation Development to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this pivotal leadership role you will be responsible for driving our organizations learning and development initiatives fostering a culture of continuous improvement and aligning talent development strategies with our business objectives.Develop and implement comprehensive learning and organizational development strategies that support the companys mission values and goalsLead and mentor a team of L&D professionals fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentDesign and oversee the execution of high-impact training programs, leadership development initiatives and succession planning processesPartner with senior leadership to identify talent gaps and create targeted development plansImplement performance management systems and processes to enhance employee productivity and engagementDevelop and manage the L&D budget ensuring cost-effective allocation of resourcesLeverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvementCollaborate with HR business partners and department heads to align L&D strategies with business needsStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational developmentEnsure compliance with relevant UAE labor laws and regulations in all L&D initiativesQualificationsMasters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field15 years of progressive experience in learning and organizational development with a proven track record of successStrong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teamsExpertise in designing and implementing comprehensive L&D programs and organizational development strategiesProficiency in performance management systems and succession planning processesExcellent project management skills including budget management and resource allocationStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and demonstrate ROIOutstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationExperience with talent assessment tools and methodologiesRelevant professional certifications (e.g. SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly desirableFamiliarity with UAE labor laws and HR practices is a plusAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentProficiency in HR information systems and e-learning platformsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
