OverviewPURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOBNissan Middle East is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events & Creative Manager to join our marketing team. This role requires a strategic and creative professional with 8 years of experience in events management advertising or similar marketing disciplines.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning managing and executing high-impact brand events activations and sponsorships across the Middle East region. This role also involves the development of advertising campaigns & creative marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and addition the candidate will play a key role in driving creative innovation including exploring and integrating new tools and technologies to enhance our campaigns.Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPlan and Manage EventsPlan execute and oversee all aspects of brand events activations and experiential marketing initiatives across Nissan Middle East markets.Maximize budget efficiency & utilization through events planning phase.Ensure cross functional alignment is done with all stake holders & deliver local to regional validations.Creative Campaign DevelopmentCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to conceptualize and develop creative assets for regional campaigns.Work on end-to-end creative development from briefing till campaign is dispatched to media while working with media team to assess assets performance for the models in charge.Innovation & AI IntegrationProactively explore test and recommend innovative marketing tools and technologies particularly AI-driven solutions that can enhance creativity personalization and operational efficiency.Work on A/B testing opportunities through media campaigns to always test assets efficiency.Project ManagementManage budgets timelines and stakeholder coordination internally and externally ensuring seamless execution of the projects handled.Agency & Vendor ManagementOversee agency partners production vendors and other third-party providers to ensure quality creativity and efficiency.Performance & ReportingGenerate post-event reports and track creative performance across campaigns.KPIsEvent & Activation DeliverySeamless planning and execution on time and within budget.Post Event Satisfaction ScoreAchieve an average post-activation satisfaction score of 8/10Audience Engagement ImpactMeet or exceed predefined engagement targets (e.g. leads interactions impressions) per event.Creative ExcellenceAssets delivery on time within budget while meeting or exceeding engagement benchmarks (e.g. CTR video views completion rates) per campaign.Marketing Innovation AdoptionPilot and integrate a minimum of 3 new AI or tech-driven marketing tools annually with at least 1 showing measurable efficiency or creative impact.Background & Skills RequiredBackground & Experience (years):Specific technical skills:Minimum 8 years of experience in events management & advertising or related marketing roles.Fluency in English is mandatory and Arabic is highly preferred.Proven experience executing large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns.Experience in automotive or consumer-facing industries is a plus.Experience in an event/creative agency is a plus.Proven experience executing large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.Behavioural Competencies RequiredCreative & Strategic: Thinks innovatively while aligning with brand goals.Proactive: Takes initiative and drives projects independently.Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced changing environments.Tech-Savvy: Embraces new tools especially AI and marketing tech.Collaborative: Works well with diverse teams and external partners.Detail-Oriented: Manages multiple tasks with precision.Customer-Focused: Prioritizes audience engagement and relevance.Clear Communicator: Expresses ideas effectively and professionally.At Nissan we believe that the differences among us differences in race gender age mindset religion people with disabilities and much more make us stronger and equip us to better serve our customers and communities.
