OverviewJob Title: Event PlannerDepartment: EventsReporting to: Head of EventsJob Purpose: As an Agency Event Planner you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events for clients within the agency. Your role will involve managing all aspects of event planning including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination and client communication. You will work closely with the agency's creative and account teams to ensure that events align with clients goals and brand strategies. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute a wide range of client events from concept to delivery.Manage budgeting and financial tracking for events.Oversee logistics, production, and vendor coordination.Maintain clear client communication and manage expectations.Collaborate with the agency's creative and account teams to ensure events align with client goals and brand strategies.Ensure high-quality execution and attention to detail in all event activities.RequirementsBachelors degree in event management, marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience (3 years) in event planning, preferably within an agency.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Strong attention to detail, ensuring flawless events.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors and team members.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.Knowledge of event safety regulations and risk management practices.Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts and experiences.Strong budget management and negotiation skills.BenefitsCompetitive Salary and a great working environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
