EV Specialist

The EV Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicle high-voltage systems while ensuring safety, precision, and compliance with OEM standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair EV systems including batteries, BMS, inverters, converters, traction motors, and REEV componentsPerform HV safety procedures, isolation testing, CAN diagnostics, and fault analysis using OEM toolsExecute software updates, firmware flashing, and ECU calibrationConduct battery health checks, monitor SOH/SOC, and maintain cooling systemsEnsure compliance with high-voltage safety standards and workshop protocolsSupport telematics, OTA diagnostics, and ECU communication troubleshootingTrain technicians on EV systems and safety practicesPrepare diagnostic, service, and warranty documentationSkills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with EV high-voltage systems and diagnosticsKnowledge of OEM procedures, BMS, power electronics, and safety complianceAbility to troubleshoot complex EV faults and support workshop teamsApply @ talent@leadingedge.plus mention position name in subject line#J-18808-Ljbffr
