Estimation Engineer

Our portfolio spans across Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.As a Estimation Engineer you will be required to take the estimates the project cost for several projects.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze project specification, drawings, and BOQs to determine material requirements and identify cost effective alternatives.Establish material and equipment inventory and tracking systemsConduct market and analysis to identify new suppliers, products, and technologies that can improve project quality, efficiency, and profitability.Responsible for the quality assessment of materials.Generate and update material Log for the tender projects weekly / monthly as applicable.To research and identify innovative materials with potential application benefits, ensuring their local/international availability and compliance with project or management specifications.Propose capable material options that align with technical, budgetary requirements.CTC Preparation in line with HR and other department. also maintain the log for the same.Perform frequent updates and checks on plant and equipment rate dataPrepare the different reports like resource report, materials wastage report, man hours calculation reports.Labour productivity to be analysed and incorporated in the budget cost.Estimating and preparing budget for any kind of buildings using candy software within time frameTo have knowledge about new & existing vendor and to keep aware of new products, systems & services.Studies specifications, BOQ, Drawings to Determine any discrepancies with materials and resolving critical issues.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Job RequirementsEducational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or B.sc Civil EngineeringIndustries Acceptable From: Main Contractor/ DeveloperExperience: Over 8 yearsSoftware: CCS Candy must#J-18808-Ljbffr
