This role assists senior managers in structuring contracts, developing vendor strategies, and aligning contractual frameworks with technical and financial requirements.Assist in the negotiation of EPC and subcontractor contracts within the Middle East region.Ensure coordination with end user and lender requirements during contract drafting and review.Develop strategic partnerships with Saudi Arabia OEMs for datacenter long lead or critical equipment.Lead vendor qualification and ensure alignment with project design requirements.Develop strategies to access Saudi Arabia supply market in alignment with end user standards.Track supplier availability, performance, and pricing trends within the region.Work closely with engineering, legal, and finance teams to support contract development.Ensure internal compliance with Datavolt’s contracting frameworks and governance.Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Law. Graduate-level coursework is an advantage.3+ years of experience in contracts or supply chain roles within infrastructure or energy sectors.Familiarity with Saudi Arabia markets and basic contract negotiation experience preferred.Basic contract negotiation and analysisUnderstanding of supplier engagement in Saudi Arabia#J-18808-Ljbffr
