Our presence in the Middle East is anchored by our contribution to large-scale infrastructure and transport projects across the GCC.We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full‑time UAE‑based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.About the Role:The Requirements Manager will lead the end‑to‑end process of capturing managing tracing and validating technical and contractual requirements across all project disciplines. This role ensures that all stakeholder needs are accurately documented implemented verified and aligned with RTA and project objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the Requirements Management Plan (RMP)Coordinate requirement collection categorization traceability and change controlImplement and manage a digital requirements management tool (e.g. IBM DOORS Jama ComplyPro)Interface with engineering assurance and delivery teams to validate requirement fulfillmentSupport reviews audits and certification processes tied to requirements closureRequirements:MSc/BSc in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management or related disciplineMinimum 15 years experience in requirements management for complex infrastructure or rail projectsStrong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle (V-model) traceability matrices and verification & validation (V&V)Proficiency with RM tools (e.g. DOORS) and integration with BIM and CDE platformsExperience on GCC projects especially with RTA is preferredWhy Join UsAt Surbana Jurong we bring together talent teamwork innovation and a dynamic workplace to solve complex challenges creatively and collaboratively.
