The role will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen risk frameworks, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision‑making.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise‑wide risks, including strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks. Collaborate with department heads and business units to assess risks associated with specific activities and initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging risks that could impact the organization. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks. Work closely with senior management to align risk management efforts with the company’s strategic objectives. Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and adjust strategies as needed.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to risk management.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.Certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM, or ARM) is a plus.Experience in the printing and publishing industry or related sectors is advantageous.Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a related role.Job Specific SkillsBuild credibility‑based relationships with key stakeholders within our client.Strong communication skills: present with confidence; ensure high‑quality slide decks and word documents.Sharp analytical skills: absorb data quickly, seek patterns, analyze data using classical data analytic tools.Basic data analytics and tech skills.Smart research skills: extract data from a variety of sources – open source internet, proprietary databases, client interviews, expert discussions.Impact orientation: willingness and ability to keep moving forward, creating impact constantly.Organizational savviness: understand client organizational culture, hierarchies (said and unsaid) in rapid time.Strong written communication skills: exceptional slide‑writing skills (clarity of expression, creativity, and visual appeal), strong text‑document writing skills in English.Relationship management skills: build relationships with other functional leaders.Willingness to learn: ability and hunger to learn new skills.Independence: thrive in an unstructured environment, at times with less guidance.Policy and Framework DevelopmentEstablish and maintain an effective enterprise risk management framework, policies, and procedures.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management and reporting.Educate employees and stakeholders on risk management principles and best practices.Risk Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.Facilitate open communication channels for reporting and discussing risk‑related concerns and issues.Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure alignment in risk assessment and reporting.Compliance and Regulatory AffairsEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk management.Stay informed about changes in regulations and assess their impact on the company’s risk profile.Continuous improvement: motivate one’s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs, and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.Recommend improvements to company policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost‑effective service to customers.MIS & ReportsPrepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental needs to meet our clients and the departmental requirements, policies, and standards.Related assignments.Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.Business Continuity PlanningDevelop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the company’s ability to respond to unexpected disruptions.Conduct periodic testing and exercises to validate the effectiveness of these plans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
