ResponsibilitiesAcquire companies with no significant revenue history by selling jobsaisle.com's recruitment products & servicesSelf-prospect and schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients through various channelsAction all assigned incoming leads and outbound leads based on SLAInitiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leadsDetermine customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needsGive both online & onsite demonstrations to clients on jobsaisle.com to handle objections and convince customers to buyEffectively manage a business in the assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approachCarry out other tasks as requested by the managementEnsure a minimum of 80% coverage of the signed stack through regular physical and telephonic meetingsUpdate CRM for all historical interactions with companiesEnsure data repository integrity and reliability on CRMCarry out other marketing, sales, and operational activities as requested by the managementSkillsHigh for sales (Preferably B2B sales)Strong networking and connections in DubaiKeen eye for identifying potential leadsExcellent negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into customersGood interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsHighly energetic, self-starter with a purpose-driven, result-oriented attitudeEmpathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer serviceSkilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding the business requirements of senior decision-makersQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology3+ years of demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutionsWork experience in SaaS industry would be an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
