We promote diversity of thought as we believe that creates the best outcomes.</p><h3>What You’ll Do&Your Impact</h3><ul><li>Drive growth: Acquire new logos and develop innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.</li><li>Engage the market: Evaluate market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics to translate strategy into actionable sales initiatives and partnerships.</li><li>Build relationships: Connect with key decision‑makers, educate them on Lakera’s unique value proposition and guide them through complex buying journeys.</li><li>Manage complex sales: Navigate multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals involving pilots, integrations and technical depth.</li><li>Expand market reach: Identify new customer segments and use cases to accelerate adoption of Lakera’s products.</li><li>Shape the product: Provide structured feedback and insights to inform product direction ensuring our solutions continually address evolving customer needs.</li><li>Maintain operational excellence: Ensure clean deal management and CRM hygiene (HubSpot) to enable scalability and predictability.</li><li>Contribute to playbooks: Help codify learnings, refine sales methodology and enhance processes to improve productivity and consistency across the team.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are&What Makes You Qualified</h3><ul><li>5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record selling to enterprise and mid‑market companies with a deep understanding of the UAE and MENA market. Experience with GCC is a plus.</li><li>Experience in early‑stage startups and comfort operating in ambiguity; you know how to build from scratch.</li><li>Experience selling through and engaging with Distribution and Marketplace partners.</li><li>Familiarity with the AI LLM or cybersecurity markets and a deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals.</li><li>Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long‑term vision.</li><li>Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Comfortable engaging with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies.</li><li>Passionate about AI and committed to ensuring it is developed safely, securely and responsibly.</li><li>A team player with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude—you take ownership and deliver results.</li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p>Remote UAE (Dubai)</p><h3>Deadline to apply</h3><p>None.
