Enterprise Account Director: Strategic CXO Engagement

Job DescriptionResponsible for top 5 and largest enterprise accounts in my territory, responsibilities include preparation of account plans, marketing strategy and field execution plans; Engaging at strategic level especially with CxO executives at both customers’ and partners’ organizations to understand key business drivers, initiatives and challenges; Adopting value selling methodologies when engaging with key stakeholders to identify critical areas of improvements to help achieve desired business outcomes; Managing customers’ escalations and mobilize all required resources including partners’ and customers’ and ensure the resolution of issues on timely manner.Equal Opportunity EmploymentBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
