Box 827, 21944</p><p><b>“This position is open to local candidates only.”</b></p><p>A little taste of your day-to-day:</p><ul><li>Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with brand safety standards.</li><li>Manage Civil Defense license renewals and firefighting system inspections.</li><li>Coordinate emergency drills, safety training, and incident reporting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Green Key and Journey to Tomorrow sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Lead environmental programs and maintain Green Engage data compliance.</li><li>Track AMC contracts, follow up with vendors, and prepare monthly maintenance reports.</li><li>Liaise with government agencies for compliance matters and support Deloitte 360 audit requirements.</li><li>Assist the Chief Engineer with ad-hoc projects and ensure timely completion.</li></ul><h3>Guest Experience</h3><ul><li>Helpguestsneeds to ensuretheir satisfaction</li><li>Use a maintenance programme to ensure the hotel is maintained and in service for our guests</li></ul><h3>Responsible business</h3><ul><li>Maintain and order parts and supplies whilst minimising waste and maintaining “green” initiatives</li><li>May be responsible for hotel security to minimise risk of theft, crime and other hazards</li><li>Ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when wehave topull together to get a task done</li></ul><h3>Accountabilities</h3><p>This is the Maintenance/Engineering job which may include one or more food or beverage outlets, and/or meeting space or catering/convention facilities. May supervise a small maintenance staff.</p><h3>What we need from you</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Arabic Language</li><li>Diploma in Electrical Engineering</li><li>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field</li><li>Basic knowledge of safety standards and environmental compliance</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools</li></ul><h3>How do I deliver this?</h3><p>We genuinely care about people and we show this through living out our promise of True Hospitality each and every day.
