Box 827, 21944“This position is open to local candidates only.”A little taste of your day-to-day:Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with brand safety standards.Manage Civil Defense license renewals and firefighting system inspections.Coordinate emergency drills, safety training, and incident reporting.Ensure compliance with Green Key and Journey to Tomorrow sustainability initiatives.Lead environmental programs and maintain Green Engage data compliance.Track AMC contracts, follow up with vendors, and prepare monthly maintenance reports.Liaise with government agencies for compliance matters and support Deloitte 360 audit requirements.Assist the Chief Engineer with ad-hoc projects and ensure timely completion.Guest ExperienceHelpguestsneeds to ensuretheir satisfactionUse a maintenance programme to ensure the hotel is maintained and in service for our guestsResponsible businessMaintain and order parts and supplies whilst minimising waste and maintaining “green” initiativesMay be responsible for hotel security to minimise risk of theft, crime and other hazardsAd-hoc duties – unexpected moments when wehave topull together to get a task doneAccountabilitiesThis is the Maintenance/Engineering job which may include one or more food or beverage outlets, and/or meeting space or catering/convention facilities.
