It operates across five divisions—automotive, financial services, real estate, retail and healthcare—employing more than 35,000 employees across more than 20 countries in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, and partners with over 200 of the world’s most admired brands.Overview Of The RoleWe are looking for an Emiratization Service Advisor with fluent English‑speaking skills and some experience in customer service for this full‑time permanent role located in Abu Dhabi.What You Will DoProvide full support to all customers visiting the service centre, serving as the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.Ensure customers are given the World's Warmest Welcome when entering the branch.Direct customers with appointments to the correct executive, ensuring a smooth transition from entry to introduction to the sales executive so that the customer receives professional service.Ensure all customers receive a warm send‑off on exiting the branch, making them feel acknowledged and showing that we care.Required Skills To Be SuccessfulAbility to communicate effectively.Customer service experience is an added advantage.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.Emiratization with family book.About The TeamThe role will report to the Aftersales Manager and will involve working in a busy workshop environment while dealing directly with all levels of people in the organization.What Equips You For The RoleThe ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and have strong customer‑service, analytical and communication skills.
