With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.The Electrical Engineer is responsible for supporting electrical design review, execution monitoring, authority coordination, and compliance across development projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview electrical designs including MV, LV, and Low Current systems.Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure technical compliance.Support liaison with utility authorities for load approvals and service connections.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.Monitor contractor invoices, claims, and variation orders.Supervise site execution, testing, and commissioning activities.Assist in managing project budgets and cost control processes.Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.Support value engineering initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Professional certification (Saudi Council of Engineers) preferred.Experience6–10 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.Experience in commercial, residential, and villa developments preferred.KnowledgeStrong knowledge of MV, LV, and Low Current systems.Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.Understanding of project budgeting and cost control principles.SkillsStrong technical review and coordination skills.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.TraitsDetail-oriented and quality-focused.Proactive and accountable.Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Collaborative and team-oriented.BenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environment.Comprehensive Health InsuranceRewards and recognitionLearning & Development#KSABayutBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
