EHS Manager

OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Manager to oversee all aspects of environmental, health, and safety protocols within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.Train employees on safety protocols and procedures to promote a culture of safety awareness.Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.Stay informed about new regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred.Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS programs in a corporate setting.Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and leadership skills.SkillsIn-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standardsStrong understanding of risk assessment and management techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement safety programs and policiesProficiency in conducting inspections and audits to ensure complianceProblem-solving skills to address safety issues and emergencies effectivelyStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesKnowledge of industry-specific hazards and best practicesExperience in training employees on safety procedures and protocolsAbility to analyze data and trends to improve safety performance#J-18808-Ljbffr
