The role involves planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and child-led discovery.Educators will support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, collaborate with colleagues, communicate with families, and contribute to a learning environment aligned with our IB-inspired, Montessori-informed, Reggio-inspired and inquiry-led approach.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related fieldMinimum 2+ years experience working in early years educationUnderstanding of Inquiry-Based Learning, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Emergent Curriculum approachesStrong communication and collaboration skillsFluent English Required (Native Arabic & Spanish Educators should have at least an intermediate level of spoken english)We are actively seeking:Experienced Early Years EducatorsNative Spanish speakersCandidates should hold relevant Early Years or Montessori qualifications (or equivalent) and be passionate about creating nurturing, engaging learning environments for young children.#J-18808-Ljbffr
