Our business extends to serving the B2B and B2C markets via various eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Mumzworld and through traditional retailers.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated ECommerce Specialist to join our team and drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing online stores, optimising product listings, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and boost revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update product listings across our eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce etc.)Optimise product descriptions, images and SEO to increase visibility and conversion ratesDevelop and execute online marketing campaigns including email marketing, PPC and social media adsAnalyse website traffic, sales data and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals and product pagesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock shortagesStay up to date with eCommerce trends, tools and best practicesProvide customer support as needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experienceQualificationsProven experience as an ECommerce Specialist or a similar roleExperience with AB Testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eShop etc.Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and online advertising strategiesProficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo etc.)Excellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and project management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamNicetoHave SkillsBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHealth insuranceHybrid 3 days a week onsite / 2 days a week offsiteOpportunities for professional growth and trainingA dynamic creative and supportive team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
