<div><h3>Build the online channel properly from day one</h3><p>Joud Coffee is looking for an<b>E-commerce Manager</b>to lead the launch and growth of our e-commerce website as a serious commercial channel.</p><p>This role is for someone who understands that a strong online store is not just about keeping a website updated. It is about building a channel that sells well, feels premium, reflects the brand properly, and works seamlessly across product, marketing, operations, fulfilment, and customer experience.</p><p>You will own the day-to-day performance of the website, from product launches and merchandising to promotions, conversion, retention, reporting, and executional follow-through. You will help shape how Joud Coffee shows up online and how that experience translates into revenue, repeat purchase, and brand trust.</p><p>This is a hands‑on ownership role for someone who combines commercial instinct, digital fluency, operational discipline, and strong attention to detail.</p><h3>What you’ll own</h3><ul><li>Lead the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website as a live trading channel</li><li>Plan and execute online product launches, bundles, campaigns, gifting moments, and seasonal offers</li><li>Manage product listings, collections, pricing, descriptions, imagery, landing pages, and homepage updates</li><li>Maintain a premium, accurate, and commercially strong online presentation at all times</li><li>Improve key performance metrics including conversion, average order value, and repeat purchase</li><li>Coordinate CRM and lifecycle activity including key email flows and retention touchpoints</li><li>Work closely with operations, inventory, finance, customer support, and marketing to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Produce clear, actionable reporting and use performance data to drive decisions and improvements</li><li>Coordinate with external developers, agencies, and platform partners where needed</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>4–7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital trading, or DTC brand management</li><li>Proven experience managing an e-commerce website for a consumer-facing brand</li><li>Strong understanding of digital merchandising, promotions, conversion, CRM, and customer journey optimization</li><li>Commercially minded, numerate, and confident using data to guide action</li><li>Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong in execution</li><li>Able to move comfortably between strategy and day‑to‑day delivery</li><li>Strong cross‑functional coordination skills and a clear sense of ownership</li><li>Experience in food and beverage, premium retail, lifestyle, gifting, or consumer brands is preferred</li></ul><h3>Preferred platform experience</h3><ul><li>Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms</li><li>GA4 / Google Analytics</li><li>Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar CRM tools</li><li>Basic SEO and landing page best practices</li><li>Experience working with external web developers or digital agencies</li></ul><h3>Why this role matters</h3><p>E-commerce is an important next growth channel for Joud Coffee.
