We are recruiting engineers worldwide to support all the major industrial actors within the automotive, aeronautics, energy, railway, naval, oil & gas and pharmaceutical sectors.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute durability and reliability test plans for systems and vehicle.Responsible for System Technical Specification development for SSD (Strength, Stiffness, Durability) AttributesPerform root cause analysis on failures using structured methodologiesDefine system and vehicle durability requirements and validation criteria based on customer usage, industry standards, and internal benchmarks.Perform chassis and powertrain system durability tests along with testing partnerWork closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to recommend design improvements and corrective actions.Prepare detailed technical reports, documenting test results, insights, and recommendations.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce warranty issues.Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal engineering guidelines.Develop, Lead and align on Test Standards and Procedures for all Systems and VehicleQualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or automotive Engineering8+ years of experience in Automotive Product Development in the area of DurabilityStrong understanding of fatigue, material behaviour, and structural analysisExperience in Durability Test planning, target setting for SSD attributesExperience in handling chassis and powertrain system durability testsStrong analytical, statistical, problem solving, and communication skills.Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in automotive electric vehicle durability testing.Understanding of Durability CAE reports and data#J-18808-Ljbffr
