This is a fast-paced, site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring visual standards, timely delivery, and flawless implementation across multiple venues.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, production, and installation of all venue dressing, branding, and signageEnsure alignment with tournament branding guidelines and quality standardsCoordinate with design, production, and operations teams for seamless executionManage installation schedules, resources, and logistics across venuesSupervise dressing, signage, and graphics teams on-siteConduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and visual consistencyHandle last-minute changes, replacements, or adjustments efficientlyMaintain inventory, documentation, and reporting of all branding materialsQualificationsSaudi Talent (mandatory)Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Event Management, or related fieldProven experience in venue dressing, signage management, or branding installation for large-scale eventsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsKnowledge of printing, materials, and installation methods preferredExperience in major events, sports, or large venue operations is highly advantageousFluent in Arabic and EnglishContract DetailsDuration: 1–3 months (tournament period) or up to 12 months (including preparation phase)Location: Jeddah or RiyadhFull-time, site-based
