DRAFTSMAN (INTERIOR & JOINERY)

Responsible for preparation of shop drawings & drawings register. To work under direct supervision of a technical coordinator or designated designer, and conduct site visits to ascertain IFC dimensions during construction as required. To pursue personal skills development by researching correct details, undertaking technical problem solving and raising concerns, queries or solutions to senior for consideration and implementation within a project. To conduct own level of quality control over deliverables prior to senior staff review, and contribute to the fostering of a positive, productive and ambitious design studio.Have a strong attention to details. To ensure the delivery of all required design drawings, schedules and documents in a timely manner, in line with project programmed and agreed submission dates. To conduct overtime as and when required in order to fulfill these requirements. To be flexible with working in the site office if required.Experience required: 2 projects value of 3-5 million for junior draftsman and 8-12 million for senior draftsman.Engineering or Architecture#J-18808-Ljbffr
