About the job Draftsman - Dry & Wet UtilitiesAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates DU CIVIL UAERole OverviewAs a Draftsman at XAD Technologies, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that designs are accurately represented and adhere to industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMust have an experience within UAE for Dry & wet utilitiesPrepare detailed drawings and plans Cross-Section using CAD software.Interpret Telecom, engineering, and project specifications.Collaborate with engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.Make adjustments and changes to drawings as necessary.Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes and standards.Maintain an organized system for managing and storing drawings and related documents.Conduct site visits to gather data and verify measurements when required.Provide technical support to the project team.QualificationsDiploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture and civil engineering.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD).Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.Ability to read and interpret Telecom technical drawings and plans.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
