Downtime Specialist

Job PurposeThe Downtime Specialist is responsible for minimizing operational interruptions by coordinating and supervising maintenance activities for both technical and non-technical studio equipment. The role ensures timely maintenance planning, effective monitoring of maintenance performance, and continuous improvement of processes and standards, contributing to a stable, efficient, and well-functioning studio environment across all shifts.What will you do?Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for both technical and non-technical equipment in our studios.Draft maintenance schedules and monitor team performance.Actively contribute to improving processes and work standards.What we’re looking for:Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and cultures.PC literacy and English knowledge.Technical skills are a strong advantage.Working conditions:Work schedule is in shifts:MID: 08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00NIGHT: 21:00 – 06:00Office attire is mandatory.Ready to Elevate Your Career?
