This leadership role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the successful execution of delivery commitments.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Delivery Managers to ensure seamless service executionDefine and implement efficient delivery models using both local and remote teamsAct as the primary liaison with Market Services and customers to resolve delivery challengesOptimize resource planning and ensure timely, high-quality project deliverySupport pre-sales activities by validating delivery readiness and scoping requirementsMonitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across delivery operationsRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field8+ years of experience in service delivery or operations within the telecom industryProven leadership experience managing cross-functional delivery teamsStrong understanding of telecom services, care delivery, and customer engagementExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel across MEA region as requiredNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Nokia CNS or DDU frameworksPMP or ITIL certificationFamiliarity with digital transformation initiatives in telecomMultilingual proficiency (Arabic, French, or others)Exposure to regional telecom market dynamics in MEARecruitment Pro TipTo stand out, showcase your leadership impact—highlight how you’ve improved delivery KPIs, resolved customer pain points, or implemented scalable delivery models.
