Document Controller (Saudi National)

Job DescriptionThe Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and client requirements.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentsEnsure proper document control support is provided in line with project requirementsRegister, track, and distribute documents using the document control systemMaintain document logs, registers, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy)Ensure all documents are correctly numbered, filed, and easily retrievableCoordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for document submissionsMonitor document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in circulationSupport in preparation of reports, transmittals, and correspondenceEnsure compliance with company standards and project-specific proceduresArchive project documents in accordance with retention policiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant fieldMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in infrastructure or construction projectsExperience working on large-scale infrastructure or supervision projects is preferredStrong knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.)Good understanding of document management processes and workflowsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
