With over 220 employees, DAMCE provides professional engineering services across a wide spectrum of projects for government and private sectors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business AdministrationMinimum of 15 years of international experience in document control or related fieldsFamiliarity with EDMS AconexRelevant affiliations, if anySaudi Council Membership – MandatoryKey Responsibilities:Establish and maintain workflow and record-keeping systems for electronic and hard copy documentsPrepare, distribute, organize, and file all technical and commercial documents in compliance with client standards, legal, and business regulationsMinimum of 10 years’ experience in document management for infrastructure development projects and construction industryReceive and archive project engineering drawings/documents as per project drawing index and data handoverMaintain logs for incoming and outgoing correspondence including letters, MOMs, transmittals, invoices, drawings, etc.Liaise with document originators, engineers, and personnel to resolve discrepancies and ensure understanding of departmental proceduresManage Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) through Aconex, including indexing, storing, and retrieving a wide variety of document typesConvert paper documents to digital format using scanning software linked to EDMSReview documents for regulatory compliance, manage revisions, and archive outdated versionsDistribute documents to clients, main consultants, and sub-consultants, and ensure they take necessary actions as part of the document flowCreate master document templates and forms, and train employees on their usagePrepare and update document control proceduresEnsure compliance with client and consultant procedures in the document flow processCarry out administrative duties as requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be working in KSA with transferable IqamaRequirements:Minimum experience: 15 yearsMaximum experience: 20 yearsAny nationalityLocation: Anywhere in the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaLanguage: Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantageSalary: To be offered upon interviewSkillsProven ability to establish and maintain effective filing and archiving systemsExtensive knowledge of electronic data management systems (EDMS), client/contractor/supplier document controls, technical libraries, codes, standards, and legislationStrong knowledge of document management in compliance with client standards and proceduresProficiency in EDMS tools such as AconexAbility to convert, review, revise, and archive documents accuratelyStrong communication, coordination, and training skillsDetail-oriented and organized with ability to handle high-volume documentation#J-18808-Ljbffr
