Your leadership will drive the continuous evolution of our digital services ensuring they remain best in class across our markets.What Success Looks Like Within the First YearDefine and implement a strategic digital roadmap that enhances our product offerings driving adoption and engagement.Lead the optimization of our existing digital platforms improving user experience and operational efficiency.Establish strong collaboration across business technology and regulatory teams ensuring seamless of digital initiatives.Build and scale efficient product development processes that enable rapid iteration and datadriven decision making.Why This Is for YouIf you thrive on shaping and executing product roadmaps for largescale digital platforms are passionate about creating seamless intuitive digital experiences for millions of users and enjoy being handson in building products from the ground up this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Define and execute the digital product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals customer needs and market trends.Enhance the digital selfcare experience optimizing mobile apps web apps and other customerfacing digital touchpoints.Lead collaboration with engineering design marketing and commercial teams ensuring seamless of digital initiatives.Translate business needs into actionable product strategies and enhancements ensuring continuous improvements.Oversee backlog management and delivery processes ensuring clear prioritization and .Drive datainformed decisionmaking leveraging analytics and user insights to continuously optimize product performance.Establish and refine product development processes and frameworks as we scale.Foster a culture of rapid experimentation learning and iteration.Lead by example with a handson approach to product development from conceptualization to implementation and beyond.Ensure regulatory compliance across all digital product implementations.Qualifications & AttributesWe’re seeking someone who embodies the following:EducationBachelors or Masters degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.Experience10 years of experience in digital product management with a proven track record in consumerfacing digital products.Experience in the telco industry strongly preferred with demonstrated ability to leverage telco infrastructure for innovative digital experiences.Track record of building and launching successful consumerfacing products at scale.Proven ability to recruit hire and develop strong highperforming product teams.Experience establishing product development frameworks in highgrowth environments.Deep expertise in digital selfcare platforms customer portals and mobile app ecosystems.Experience working with crossfunctional teams in fastpaced digital environments.SkillsMust HavesStrong expertise in roadmap planning and for digital platforms.Experience with Agile methodologies backlog management and digital product development lifecycles.Ability to interpret customer data and behavioral analytics to drive optimization.Excellent prioritization skills able to make tough tradeoffs in resourceconstrained environments.Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic rapidly evolving environments with shifting priorities.Experience building and mentoring highperforming product teams.Nice to HavesExposure to APIdriven digital ecosystems and CRM integrations.Experience launching products in emerging markets.Experience with subscription business models.Unique AttributesAdaptable and resilient in fastgrowing environments comfortable with ambiguity while providing clarity to others.Possesses a strategic mindset capable of balancing
