Director of Operations

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Operations to join our dynamic organization in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our executive team you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our business ensuring exceptional performance and driving strategic growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational goals and objectivesOversee daily operations across multiple departments ensuring efficiency quality and cost-effectivenessAnalyze operational data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunitiesManage and optimize budgets resource allocation and financial performance across all operational areasCollaborate with department heads to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)Drive a culture of innovation continuous improvement and operational excellencethroughout the organizationImplement and maintain industry best practices and quality standards across all operational functionsLead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentOversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with all relevant local regulations and industry standards in the UAEDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including vendors partners and local authoritiesIdentify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and successQualificationsProven track record of 3 years in senior operations management roles preferably in a related industryBachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; MBA preferredStrong financial acumen with demonstrated success in budget planning execution and profit optimizationExceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsOutstanding strategic planning and execution capabilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingStrong project management skills and experience in managing large-scale initiativesProficiency in operations management software and systemsIn-depth knowledge of industry trends best practices and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated ability in risk management and change managementExperience in vendor management and contract negotiationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levelsKnowledge of UAE business practices and regulations highly desirableAbility to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity in all business practicesAdditional InformationAt Accor we are committed to diversity.
