By connecting design intelligence, programmable automation, and real‑time production data, the company shortens time from silicon to revenue, lowers total cost of ownership, and increases the lifetime value of deployed systems.What You Will Be DoingSource, shape, and drive new AI and data center infrastructure manufacturing opportunities across KSA, UAE, and the broader GCCLead complex, high‑value ($20M+) infrastructure sales cycles from origination through negotiation and closeWin net‑new logos and expand strategic accounts through executive engagement, proposal development, and cross‑functional coordinationDefine and execute the Middle East go‑to‑market strategy, prioritizing key segments, partners, and programsBuild executive relationships with regional cloud providers, sovereign entities, telecom operators, and government‑backed initiativesDevelop and manage the regional partner and channel ecosystem to accelerate scaleLeverage demand generation and structured sales processes to penetrate and grow target accountsEnsure compliance with local procurement, regulatory, and sovereign program requirementsRepresent Bright Machines at senior industry and government forums across the regionTravel up to 50% as requiredWhat You Will Bring10+ years of enterprise business development experience in the Middle East with strong knowledge of regional buying dynamicsBachelor’s degree required with advanced degree preferredProven record closing $10M–$100M+ complex infrastructure deals in multi‑stakeholder environmentsEstablished C‑level relationships across KSA and UAE with the ability to drive executive alignmentExperience selling to Saudi ministries, PIF‑backed entities, and leading regional operators including G42, Khazna, Mobily, STC, e&, Equinix, and Moro HubStrong understanding of KSA Vision 2030 priorities, sovereign digital transformation programs, hyperscale and sovereign cloud markets, and AI compute infrastructureDemonstrated success winning net‑new strategic accounts and expanding long‑term platform engagementsBackground in datacenter, automation, advanced manufacturing, or AI infrastructure environmentsCollaborative, self‑directed operator who delivers results in a distributedIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HADArabic language fluency (not mandatory but strong plus)Prior experience selling Datacenter services, AI infrastructure, automation and/or manufacturingDirect experience with Datacenter expansion and colocation servicesFamiliarity with sovereign cloud requirements and data regulationsExperience scaling early‑stage technology into GCCExperience at a high‑growth technology, robotics, automation, or deep‑tech companyBE EMPOWERED TO CHANGE AN INDUSTRYBright Machines is a next‑generation, AI‑enabled manufacturer focused on data center infrastructure assembly operations.
